Table Information
The Desert Woodcarving Show is now taking reservations for tables. Each table is 24 inches wide and eight feet long.  Tables are supplied with a white cover, a colored table skirt on the front and two folding chairs; or six foot table with a two foot empty floor space next to it.   Special arrangements for other layout configurations or special displays may be available.  Contact the show committee for details and co-ordination of requests.

It is required that the tables will be staffed while the show is open to the public.  The Desert Woodcarving Show cannot accept liability for damage or loss of displays and/or exhibits. 

Tables are available for set up starting on Friday 11a.m. to late evening.  Set up may also be done Saturday morning, however, contact the show committee for specifics on what time the hall will be available for Saturday morning set up.

The various categories and fees are are listed below. Please complete table request form as soon as possible.  If you need to cancel your table request contact the show committee.  Cancellations received after February 1st may not receive a refund.
Table Cost for the 2-day event:

    •Display or Club Table - $20 per Table
        >No sales may occur at Display or Club Tables
​            ~ empty space with no table $10 display and exhibitor $15
        > Table must be manned during show hours

    •Exhibitor Table - $25 per Table
        > In order to take an Exhibitor Table:
            ~ Participants must use the Carving Shop Central
               register system or have their own sales tax license
            ~ Limit of 4 participants per table
            ~ Table must be manned during all show hours
        Exhibitors who wish to sell tools must buy a Vendor Table

    •Vendor Table or Space - $55 per Table
        > Vendor space without table - $35
        > Vendor participants must have their own sales tax license
        > For a custom table layout contact the show committee

    •Table power drops are available - $55 each.  
        Note: 
            > This is in addition to normal table fees.
            > A 10-day notice is required. 

Show Sales Policy:

> No sales are allowed at Display and/or Club Tables

> It is preferred that exhibitors obtain their own Sales Tax License (Transaction Privilege and Use Tax) in advance of the show and be responsible for payment of all appropriate state and local taxes. However, for those exhibitors who do not, the Carving Shop will be running a cash register through which your sales will be processed.
      Note: Not having a sales tax license may affect your table location as these tables must be located 
                under the observation of the Carving Shop cash register just like any other vendor set up. 

> Vendors must have their own tax licenses and are responsible for payment of all appropriate state and local taxes.  

> You should note that Sales receipts are required for security check at the show exit doors!


 Table Information Packets:

 > Your table packet may be picked up and tables may be set up after 11 a.m. on Friday. Pick up table packets at the information table in the show registration area.  

 > For late arrival set up the hall will also be open early Saturday morning. Check with the show chairman to make appropriate arrangements. 

 > There is ample FREE parking and GROUND LEVEL unloading.

 > Complete the Table Request Form and mail it in as soon as possible
