The Desert Woodcarving Show is now taking reservations for tables. Each table is two feet by eight feet and has a white cover, a colored table skirt on the front and two folding chairs. It is expected that the tables will be staffed while the show is open to the public. The Desert Woodcarving Show cannot accept liability for damage or loss of displays and/or exhibits. Various categories and fees exist are are listed below. Please complete table request as soon as possible.
Table Cost for the 2-day event:
Display and Club - $20 per Table
No sales may occur at Display or Club Tables
Exhibitor - $25 per Table
Limit of 4 exhibitors per table
Exhibitors who wish to sell tools must buy a Vendor Table
Vendor - $55 per Table
Table power drops are available at $55 each. A 10-day notice is required. This is in addition to normal table fees.
Show Sales Policy:
No sales are allowed at Display and/or Club Tables
It is preferred that exhibitors obtain their own $5 one-time Mesa Sales Tax License (Transaction Privilege and Use Tax) in advance of the show and be responsible for payment of all appropriate state and local taxes. However, for those exhibitors who do not, the Desert Woodcarving Show will be running a central cash register through which your sales may be processed. Sales receipts are required for security check!
Your table packet may be picked up and tables may be set up on Friday. The hall will also be open early Saturday morning. Check with the show chairman to make appropriate arrangements. There is ample FREE parking and GROUND LEVEL unloading.
